Job Overview

The HR Specialist role will be in-charge of delivery and execution of various Equality, Diversity & Inclusion activities for the employees. The role holder will coordinate and work with internal and external partners to tailor-fit activities to the needs of the employees. The role holder will also monitor and ensure participation of employees to the various programs and activities.

Responsibilities

  • Monitoring for employees’ ED&I programs and activities to respond to the challenges that employees are facing
  • Coordination with government agencies (SSS, Pag-ibig) to ensure issues on contributions and loans are updated and resolved
  • Coordination with internal and external partners to create a holistic and tailor-fit livelihood and job fair to facilitate possible livelihood and employment opportunities for outplaced employees
  • Coordination and preparation of monthly townhalls
  • Monitoring and ensuring employees’ participation to the various programs
  • Support in preparation of various materials and documentation for activities
  • Support in the evaluation of the program effectiveness
