FMD - ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT II (BUDGETING ASSISTANT)
Desired Skills:
- Must have basic knowledge/experience in accounting/budgeting;
- Must be detail-oriented and highly organized, with excellent in typing, accurate spelling, grammar and vocabulary skills; computer literate, with knowledge of basic software applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
- Assist with administrative duties such as receiving and distributing official documents/ communications, type reports and/or memos, etc.; maintain records and files; log; answer telephone inquiries and resolve issues; and
- Must have skills in creating spreadsheets, developing presentations or reports, composing correspondence and managing databases.
FMD - ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT II (CASH CLERK III)
Desired Skills:
- Must know how to deal with complicated transactions; or handle customers with multiple payment methods accurately while maintaining a positive attitude and a helpful disposition;
- Must be detail-oriented and highly organized; and
- Must have knowledge in handling cash and cash related transactions, issue receipts, record and type money lists, and balance cash fund; enter cash transactions in ledgers and reconcile cash reports; prepare bank deposits in a timely manner.
AdmD - ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT II
Desired Skills:
- Basic skills on the use of MS Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, Powerpoint);
- Working knowledge/experience in the use of email and online collaborative solutions (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, Zoom, Messenger, Viber);
- Proven skills in filing and organizing of documents (e.g., letters, memoranda, reports) both on digital format and printed format;
- Ability to draft letters, memorandum, reports with acceptable level of clarity and conciseness;
- Can perform clerical and administrative tasks with minimum supervision;
- Ability to communicate orally and can express ideas and thoughts; and
- Preferably has basic knowledge/experience as Liaison Officer to GSIS, Pag-IBIG and PhilHealth, and in processing application for leave, retirement, insurance and fringe benefits for propriety and legality.
