Your role

About the role

As an Employee Experience Intern, you will work closely with the Employee Experience Partner to support and implement various initiatives that enhance the overall employee experience.

You will be responsible for supporting key initiatives that enhance the employee experience, analyzing data, and providing insights to inform decision-making. You will collaborate with other HR teams to ensure a positive, inclusive, and engaging work environment.

As an Employee Experience Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain practical experience in a critical function of the Human Resources department. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated individual passionate about creating and maintaining a positive employee experience.

What will you do? 

  • Support developing and implementing initiatives and programs that enhance the employee experience in Manila.
  • Supports the smooth running of office administration matters such as office management, maintenance, and pantry needs.
  • Analyze data and provide insights to inform and guide decision-making.
  • Collaborate with other HR teams to create and maintain a positive, inclusive, and engaging work environment.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices related to employee experience.
  • Manages travel arrangements for employees coming in and out of Manila, which includes flight arrangements, hotel bookings, and submission of visa applications.
  • Assist with any other related duties as required.
